About Me
LINDSAY BAUTISTA, ESQ.
Lindsay S. Bautista is a licensed lawyer in the state of Arizona. She received her undergraduate degree in Spanish for International Trade with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Lindsay studied abroad in Cuernavaca, Mexico and Valladolid, Spain and Puebla, Mexico for over a year combined to help her become fluent in Spanish.
Lindsay moved to Arizona after graduating from IUP to find a career using her Spanish speaking skills. Lindsay began working at a large, local Personal Injury Law Firm in 2007 and worked there full time while attending law school.

Upon being admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2016, she was promoted within her Personal Injury Firm as an attorney. She has since left that firm to establish her own Arizona Personal Injury Law Firm. In 2018 Lindsay expanded her practice to include family law.
In addition to helping clients, Lindsay loves volunteering in the community and has served many hours throughout the years with agencies such as Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family and The Giving Tree. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, and two dogs, Chico and Chica.

While in the midst of a family court case my attorney at the time was suspended, I had an impending evidentiary trial set and no lawyer. Lindsay agreed to consult with me about my case and after gathering the information needed we came to an agreement to work together. What should have been a quick representation, ended up dragging on due to the other party, but Lindsay communicated with me every step of the way, provided support when we would hit roadblocks, and communicated possible solutions she had identified to things that arose in the case and helped me make informed decisions about how I wanted to proceed and how she could help me move my case forward. We ultimately were awarded what I had requested and I hired her again to represent me in another matter closely related. I have referred friends to her as well and everyone sings her praises. It’s not often you hear if lawyers truly caring, but Lindsay goes above and beyond."
